Welcome! You won't regret it! Good luck with your 12 weeks.
Greetings annie81, and Welcome. Youl wil find this a very rewarding challenge and it is worth hanging in there even if the going gets tough. A before picture placed on the fridge does help to remind one of why you may be going in there and to keep on track. An exercise journal of some type will help record your thoughs and progress along the way. Be sure to ask for help, support and guidance on this website when you need it. The BFL Forum members are always here to advice and support you on your journey. Good Luc, Best wishes and Keep Moving Forward!
Hello guys! O would like to ask you if the cardio exercise every morning is enough. I used to do 30-40 minutes elliptical every morning and now I have to do only 20! Is iti ok? Have you seen good results with this?
Actually, annie81, According to the BFL program you should be doing the HIT (High Intensity Training) on everyother day in between the days of weight workouts. Then it is 20 minutes , done in 5 minute sets where you start out with your personal level 5(easy incline and resistance) on the first set for 2 minutes then move each minute up one level until you reach your personal level 9 for the first three sets and then on the last set you go up to level 10 (your toughest one) for the last minute and then cool down with one minute of a level 5. This really is tough so watch it on the first time around. ANy other cardio should be done only as a warm up before working with the weights and limited to 10 minutes (max 15 later in the program). Hope this helps. The BFL Success Journal I used the past two challenges has a diagram of the HIT peaks and a way to record the efforts each time on the alternating cardio days. Best wishes and Keep Moving FOrward!
What better time to start?
Me too! It's Day 1 for me...can wait for the last day! lol See you around!
I did my Hit in the morning and felt very well.I eat my breakfast one hour after my gym. What about you? Do you eatsomething before your cardio or tha day with weights?
Good luck. You can do this. You are worth it!!! Make it happen for you and for no-one else. Own it!!

Good luck SPUNKYGAL10! You can do it! It s all in our mind! I would advice you that if sometimes you think to quit the programme, remember the reason you started it. I ate today two bars instead of one because I wanted something sweet very much but its ok. I did my exercise and I continued my programme.
