Sweet..i figured the fb page would allow more that cant get back on here to post on fb on a regular basis..Ill start up a page group for everyone to look at and join. Ill post the name of the group on here and well just go from there.

Hey y'all!!!! I'm Shannon. I completed a challenge in Dec of last yr. I learned more than I lost. Still didn't completely follow program to the "T". Started another program in Feb and fnished in May. I did lose 6#'s and a few inches. I did better on my wt workouts, but still did not follow the progam to the "T". I have been trying to get back on it the last few weeks, but have allowed myself to not go to the gym. My son starts 2 a days in Aug for football and he wants to bulk up some. Bless his littl heart. He is 15, 6' tall and weighs 135#. So, we are going to do the workouts together. I am so excited. I have now lost 12#'s since starting the challenge in Feb. But I still feel like I look HORRIBLE!!!!! I am also 37 yrs. My bday is 11-22, so I'm right there w/ y'all about not wanting to celebrate anoher birthday in this shell that I'm in.
I love cute clothes and cannot wait to go to the store and buy something that I like and not have to worry about looking like a cow in it. I'm 5'4", and my wt is currenty 164#. I was 175# back in Feb. I have like a 39% body fat. It may be down some, since I've lost the 12#'s, but not much. I'm very active and love to be outside moving around.

having a great day. meals planned; workout happily completed; prepping tomorrows food. but since when did chicken breasts weigh 8oz??? these things are enormous....more like small turkey breasts!
Thanks for the welcome lana. you're right....being there for each other will be very helpful. i weighed myself this morn...i actually have gained 45# not 40#. yikes!
Look us up on fb under Summer BFL Challange June 4, 2012 and Ill add ya to the group. I usually cut my chickebn breasts in half. meaning the long way..then once i cook them if they are still bigger than 4 oz ill cut them in half. Makes for a good portion for lunchtime..
Good morning all! Day 2! Packed my snacks and lunch--- ready to go! I want to see so many changes and I am ready to committ to these 84 days! Excuse me, only 82 more days! lol!!!!! I also have a bday in Nov, I will be 38 and I am so ready to be happy with the way I look. I'm not doing this to impress anyone. I am doing this only for myself. I want to wear super cute clothes. I want to be healthy, but I also want to enjoy my life. I want to be 65 and still as active as most 20 yr olds. That is my bucket wish list!
