I usually have a sitter on tue/thur/sat.does it make a difference if i switch my strength training to those days and switch cardio to mon/wed/fri ? have you noticed that following that calendar makes a big difference ? if i am able to follow the workout but switch days will this hinder my progress/results at the end ?
I think as long as you do the following, you're still following the program exactly:
-do 3 cardio and 3 weight training sessions per week
-alternate weight training with cardio
-alternate upper body and lower body on weight sessions
It doesn't matter which day of the week you do what.
