what do i need to change!!?? please help!

  • i am starting BFL on monday i put together a meal plan. i just want to make sure im not wasting my time with what i am eating. i weigh 227 lbs and 5'10". i am looking to lose fat and gain muscle especially in my stomach. Someone please let me know if im doing the right thing any suggestions would be appreciated.

    6am

    5 egg whites, 1 piece of fruit.

    9am

    1 boiled egg, protein shake(36gr of protein and 6 carbs), 1 orange.

    12 pm

    1 can of tuna, 1 4oz cottage cheese, 1 cup  of broccoli

    2:30pm or 3:00pm workout

    3:30 pm or 4:00pm a protein shake

    5:30 - 6:00 1 chicken ***, 1 cup of broccoli, 1 cup of brown rice

    8:30 or 9:00 PM protein shake(18 gr) and 4oz of cottage cheese.

     

  • 9am

    meal you don't need the supplement it with the boiled egg.

    12am

    The can of tuna should be enough don't add the 4oz c.c. but you do need a carb

    2:30 workout

    I usually wait an hour after the workout to eat before taking a protein shake. Protein shake is that a myoplex or just your regular protein shake you take at 9am

    5:30 good

    8:30 - You are missing a carb

  • joey-figawu is correct, make sure you are getting your carbs in otherwise you will BONK on your workouts and energy...

    YES, the 8:30 meal is needed!

    As long as you are using the palm/fist method for measuring food, no worries about calorie intake as long as the foods are authorized.
