It sounds like many of us struggle with the 6 meals. This week was so many celebrations I struggled to get even 5 meals in. I stayed fairly true to the plan. Had one free day - Sunday, Missed one cardio. This week I'm determined to stay focused and on the plan. I am in my 8th week, and I need to see some real results.
Jon - digressing a bit from BFL. Would hope to "hear" or read your transcript on spiritual warfare. It needs to be taught more. "We wrestle not...etc." And I see so many people wrestling with the "seen."
Cheers to all - have a super rest of the week!
Dee
Friday will be planning all new excersise for UBWO AND LBWO, keep muscle confused (then in week 9-12) will revert back to exercises i did thru week 1-4, i checked my blood pressure today, its the best its been in 7yrs 118/81
Hi all, I hope you don't mind if I join you :) I'm on the other side of the world, New Zealand to be exact, and I started the BFL Challenge on April 2nd as well. To be brief - I love it! My bingeing eating disorder has gone, within the first week it just went. My strength is increasing daily, my energy levels are high and I feel a sure sense of calmness about living this lifestyle for the rest of my life. Food is no longer the dreaded enemy, it's like going to bed an alcoholic and waking up normal! Plus I have lost 4.5kg and 7 1/2 inches so far, that's enough to get excited about.
How many of you are still going strong here? I'd love to meet you :)
Everyone has an excuse, it's whether you decide to use it or not. . .
Hey Dee...Send me your email address & I'll send you a copy of my notes from the message on Spiritual Warfare.
Jon

ok its offical, my current weight loss is 20:3lbs, started at 225:3 lbs now 205 lbs and i feel great, looking forward to monday to start my new routine of exercises (i have no real expectation whats going to happen to my body this next 4 weeks other than i will be working hard and eating clean) life is good
when i said no real expectation, what i mean is i do expect my body to continue to transform and conform to the image i have of myself, (new me) but i have no expectation in regard to weight loss, or i should say fat loss other than their will be some lol
well performed all new UBWO exercises, will fine tune on friday, wonders why all the posts have stopped, i am aware that most people who start a challenge dont see it thru to the end, but geesh we only just begun our 5th week,
if i dont see anymore responses over the next few days, guess i will go join another forum
Hey Rodie....I am here, just had a busy weekend. I had a great UBWO yesterday as well, lost track of eating plan over the weekend but back and focused this weekend. You weight lost has been impressive and motivating. I haven't weighed myself yet. Don't really care too right now, mostly becuase I think I I haven't lost much weight, I was weighing 265 lbs but when I tell people what I weigh they have trouble beleiving it, I guess I carry my weight well. It's been more about how I look in the mirror anyway and I have noticed considerable change on upper body and went from size 40 waist pants to 38. I am lifing heavier weights and running 20 minutes isn't killin me, I find myself pushing harder every day. Also went and got new pair of shoes for running on the thread mill, as a reward to myself for keeping at it. I think they've made a huge difference even if it is mental.
Anyway, keep up the awesome work, I will be focusing a lot on eating right this week, summer is almost here and we headed to the beach in 3 weeks already.
Jon: Yoursong44@hotmail.com Thank you!
Hey team... I'm here, just been really busy with real "work" and I find when I come on here I can get easily distracted and spend too much time here reading all the threads and other stuff! lol Week 5 is going pretty well... I have not missed a workout yet... still struggle some days with getting all 6 meals in but when I do eat I am eating pretty clean... with a few exceptions.. yesterday was our 32nd wedding anniversary so went out to dinner and I did indulge in a couple cocktails.. but ate pretty healthy meal!! I hope everyone is staying with it but just like me and busy! I am so excited about this still... love that we are at the end of week 5 already... it is going fast!!
Stay strong friends!!
Welcome to week 6!! Had a great LBWO today! Looks like I may have to travel for business next week, will be the first trip since starting BFL.. I'm a bit nervous about it but trying to make a plan now... the hotel I stay at only has cardio machines in it's very small workout room so I am trying to come up with ways to do the LB and UB WOs... think I will take my Ultimate Tae Bo workout DVD set with the resistance bands.. has one workout that focuses on the UB and another that does a lot of LB.. it won't be the weight machines but should still give a good workout! Now to figure out the food! ... Wish me luck!
yep week 6 so awesome, ive got to say, im really happy with the progress i have made, i do notice the difference in my clothes, ive lost alot especially around my belly area thus far, going to take photos at end of week 8 and post on here
keep focussing on the end result
ok this week has been not good, some days only got 3 meals, some days didnt get my hits, but ive stuck to it and not quit, amazingly ive still managed to lose another 6lbs in less than 2 weeks, and thus far have lost 26lbs for the first time since i cant remember i finally made it under the 200lb mark, i know this is not about weight loss or should i say scales, but im still pressing forward and although not perfect in my execution i aint quit
