OK! I don't exactly consider myself an expert on the web, but I do ok, however this website doesn't seem to be very user friendly, at least for me. I had two replies on my "Getting Started" "Just Started" forum. I can't figure out for my life how to reply to Kimmie and Sharon. I just wanted to say thank you for your comments. Sharon thank you for the websites you suggested. I tried adding you as a friend but for some reason it told me I had an error. I have gotten this message on several occasions and I end up having to sign in again.
Sharon if you read this I just wanted to say that I looked at your pictures and you look awesome! WOW, what a transformation!
Today is my 3rd day and so far so good. Yesterday I had terrible lower back pain and I'm not sure if it could have been from the weights. I decided not to do the weights today until my back feels better.

hi nora dont feel to bad about not getting this web site i havent quite figured it out myself. i was used to using the old site a couple of years ago and now im having trouble even figureing out how to make a post on the forum. hang in there and i hope you will stick it out it will be worth it you'll see. take care rich
