Starting Monday March 5th

  • 1st day was great! My arms are killing me today, hoping the pain will go before my next UPW.

    It feels like I've been eating non stop but I've never felt bloated or uncomfortable.

    Just had my Day 2 cardio(I'm in the U.K.), feeling good!

  • HI, I'm joining too!  I will be two days behind you, but just cannot wait another day/week!  I want to lose 20 pounds, and get firm again.  I just turned 57 last week, and don't want to give up on life yet!

  • Made it through the first day. Today day 2 did cardio  - tried to stay with the exact 20 minute solution. Looking forward to tomorow's workout.  Amazingly - I have stayed on the nutrition plan.  Seems like a lot of eating, indeed.

  • Day 1 and 2 have been great.... stayed on track with the food and workouts.... feeling a little sore.  It certainly feels like I am eating all the time, every few hours... small portions.  Overall, I am really excited and determined to keep this up.  Trying to prepare my body for pregnancy.

  • My eating has been good and my workouts haven't begun for this challenge :(. Reason why is I'm still struggling to get over a virus and 3 of 4 of my kids are really sick and have been missing school. I hope it doesn't hurt me to much for missing them. I LOVE workingout and miss it, but whatever this bug is that I caught seems to hang on for dear life. I hope everyone is staying well and doing great!!

  • Hey guys I am just starting today! I'm excited and plan on hitting the gym in the middle of the day when it's dead so I don't have to worry about feeling uncomfortable.

    I'm excited to begin, and would love to help motivate each other along the way!!

  • I haven't figured out when to post the pics.  I still haven't figured out the "2012 challenge kit will be available soon" or something like that.  I wish I had some direct contact.  I want to make sure I'm doing all that I can to stay on the challenge.  Not sure if I am...starting at 67 is a little precarious. I read where it said don't workout if your muscles are still sore.  What is sore? to the touch - movement...not sure. Don't want to screw up - since the magic is in the "resting"... I wish I knew the exact workout schedule of some of the champions. I hope you all are sticking with it.  This is day 3 and so far so good.

  • I got a little slow start only 3 meals on Monday.  Went to join the gym and chose a treadmill and adjustable dumbbells instead (much cheaper than the gym).  No workout Monday didn't get it all set up in time, but treadmill yesterday and UBW this morning.  Feeling good, looking forward to getting energy and feeling better!  At 56, I doubt I'll ever wear a bikini in public, but at least I'll look better in my clothes!!!  I need to lose about 50 lbs, so I'm probably going to have to do a second challenge to accomplish that.  I'm excited about getting my life back.  

  • Best to you - just making the commitment is a big deal.  It looks like we have a lot of support!
