This thread is for any and all who want to be the best versions of themselves! We start on Feb. 27th. We finish May 21st! And we look awesome this summer!!! :-) I'm about to finish my first 12-week challenge. I started Dec. 2nd, and have lost somewhere between 36-42 pounds so far! My Day 84 is this Thursday, and I'm gonna keep this ball rolling :-) ! I started @ at least 204lbs., >30 BMI, and a 40.5" LHC (love handle circumference!). I'm now 168lbs., BMI 25, LHC 35", and body fat % approx. 19-20%. My new goal for this next challenge: GET JACKED! I'm so excited to just get insanely ripped! My measurement goals are: 150lbs., BMI- don't really care anymore, LHC 31", body fat % 7-8%. Lifting goal: Bench press 225lbs. x 8 reps!
So who's with me? Starting next Monday, I will be posting in this thread daily to hold myself accountable to this group.Trust me- I discovered reading these threads everyday & posting is a great way of keeping yourself motivated, focused, and on track. Lets do this!
