Starting Challenge Feb 13, 2012>Who's With Me?

  • Morning all.  I had my weigh in and measurements taken yesterday.  The prev 3 wks, I had done so well, but yesterday I was only down 3/4 inch total and .6# of muscle gained.  I have some ground to cover these next 81 days.  I have to learn to make the most of every day.

    Let's get this party started.  Prayers said for us all today to stay focused.

    I had a wicket  workout this morning on LBWO but I thinking now that I should of worked my Abs more... I thing I can still work them more before I go to bed tonight, didn't have enough time this morning before work...

    Blessed mom, Hey that's good 3/4 inch. look at it this way if you want. if you didn't do BFL you would still be where you were when you started. Keep  eating clean and working out the dirty way {{Hard}} and don't forget that water, water water water water water water water .. *8 tall glass.  I put lemon in main....=)

  • I still have a bit of a migraine hanging on :( I've even had a few caffeinated drinks...TOok my meds again this morning. I've gotten my meals and workouts in for the past two days but today, I had a wee slipup on my diet...I'll get back on track for the rest of the day...and hit the gym tonight for my LBWO.

  • 3 days...wow...is that all? I feel better already...eating tons of quinoa and buckwheat w/ ricotta or cottage cheese.

  • Day 3 my new workout partner had a headache and didn't make it. :( But I did my LBWO and kept clean all day.  Even passed on some delicous home made cookies.  Took my Before pics and looking forward to seeing the after ones.  

  • ahhhhh im so sore but it feels so good....so grateful for this opportunity :)

  • Isn't pain great!  LOL  I know the next day if it's hard to walk from LBWO or lift my arms after UBWO I did a good job. The soreness reminds me of my commitment daily.  There's no stopping me now, this has already changed my life for the better in so many ways.  Stay strong all!

  • Forget what I said earlier today about that I thought I could have done more weight this morning! My behind is already sore and I can guarantee I'm gonna have to roll outta bed in the morning- already wondering how the heck my legs are gonna work on cardio tomorrow! :). Ah! Feels like I'm working hard!

  • that it is. so looking forward to day 4 and running tomorrow...runnings my favorite ;) jus wish i could run more but i been out of it so long that it will take some time. all it took was patience

  • Hi tn angelface!  Thanks for the invitation!!  I too started the challenge for my first time on February 13th.....I cannot fail.  My spirit just can't handle another failure.  I promised myself that I would check out this forum everyday to keep myself motivated, and to picture my own "after" pic:) here one day!!  Let's do this!!!!!!!!!

  • yup....lots of work to do so lets get it and get to it and let nothing stop us :D

  • I had a clean eating day and did my Cardio.  I'm on day three and I'm so excited to keep going till May 7th.

    I wake up each morning and see my pic's and seeing those pic's makes it a no brainer day to eat clean and exercise.

  • Day 4 cardio done!  I am sore from the top of my head to the bottom of my feet.  When I first started jogging this morning, I didn't know if I could take the pain, but made it through and feel amazing!  Whoop whoop! Keep working hard!!  

  • Day 4.  Yes!  I am still here.  I did find yesterday to be a little difficult. I was unable to sleep last night and find that I want to slip into my late night eating bad habits.  I did have one extra meal last night but it consisted of about 10 almonds and blueberries (which is an improvement from the junk I was eating before)...so I have to tell myself "I love you, I accept you, but I just don't understand you sometimes, Rhonda!"  By doing this, it enables me to forgive myself for not following the eating plan 100% and wallowing in my mess up.  It is forgiven and I am jumping right back on the wagon of success.
