My wife is diabetic and is struggling with her sugar levels as she is working out and following the diet plan. Her numbers have been running high, and that is strange to both of us. I know she if rocking out the workouts and is doing a great job with the diet. We both feel working out and lower carb intake should equal lower sugar numbers. It is not quite following that path. Any advice out there in the Body for Life community?
