suggestions: have lifted weights from 14 to 25 and just got burned out and it got painful. 48 now and have tried a few time over the years to get back in to it and the same things happen. I start gettin pain in my shoulders,tip of my elbow pain in the forarm and down the middle of bicept gets down right to painful to even lift.. have been taking joint reliefe meds seem to help a bit... any other suggestions? Really starting to like the way I am looking and don't want to stop lifting...
Do you follow the BFL program or are you using a different type of routine? What's your work out like?
