I just started my first day today.  I have done BFL in the past (2005) and was succesful, so I am back on the wagon.  Looking for others who started recently or will be to help motivate each other.  I went grocery shopping last night and got a week's worth of items, I plan on reviewing my food for the week and meal plan for the next week.  I took out my eating for life book and plan on getting some good recipes from it.  I am taking a preview class at a local kung fu studio today so that will be my workout.  I am going to dinner after the class at a chinese restaurant with some other kung fu students and was wondering if you have any good suggestions on what I can order to be good while doing BFL, any suggestions are appreciated.  Thank you everyone and good luck!!

Here is what I am eating today,

M1- 2 egg white and one hard boiled egg, ww english muffin

m2-grilled chicken breast and salad (not sure what to use for dressing)

m3- 2 string cheese and apple

m4- Not sure?!?!?!

m5-eye of round, onions and red potato

m6- cottage cheese and sf jello
