Hi everyone,

 

I am a 51 year old mother of 2 adult childern. I have never liked my body, tried all sorts of diets

some worked some didn't, so continued the cycle of  up and down. The result at my age is a 

soft 'doughy' type of body and i know there is a really good shape underneath all that dying to

come out. So I started BFL last Tuesday 8 November. So far things are going well. The eating

was a bit much trying to get 6 meals eaten in a day, so i bought a meal replacement shake and

things are sooooo much easier now. The training is really great, i'm starting to increase weights

and run faster already. I have taken before pics but will post them with some after pics when there

is some real difference visible. So wish me luck, I think I can do with some.
