Not that I'm aware of but typically, if you begin after the last start date of a year, your entry rolls into the first round of the next year.

I called them to ask about it and you can start now, formally sign up now for a challenge and then you'll be entered into the first one of 2012. I am doing that now.

Im new here so...........is there an online form to sign up ?? Other than the registration that is.

It's all online now.  The info you provided at registration is all that's needed.  You can call them to see if they offer other avenues.
