I just started yesterday and I know it's a bit early to be worried about results, but I was just curious as to how long it might take. I'm only 20 and I'm not overweight, just a bit out of shape. I need to be toned more than anything. If anyone could give me an idea I would really appreciate it. oh and i'm a girl, If that makes a difference. Thanks alot! =]
Great question, Leeloo. Unfortunately nobody can answer it definitively. Some folks get quite quick results and others take a while longer. You're young, so that's in favor of quicker. You are not overweight, so that's on the side of a little slower progress.
What's definitely in your favor is that you have started! Keep working hard and let us know about your progress.
