Over the course of the last week I've noticed a lot of people sweating and panting in the summer heat - and they're not even excercising, they're just walking, or sitting in their air conditioned cars!  The good news is: after doing BFL for over 2 years, shedding the excess fat, and achieving a  higher level of metabolic conditioning I'm not experiencing those symptoms.  For those of you just starting out, you can add to the list of potential benefits becoming more resilient as you transform your body.
