I completed challenge 1 last year, and been on active rest, active sleep and active eating.  Needless to say, if you do not maintain something you will lose it and so here I am once again.

This time I decided to do a pre-start,meaning, getting my mentality prepared, checking my weights and everything like that.  Just like in football (or any sport) there is pre-season and then boom you go for it.

So Monday I will officially start - finally got a good friend to join up with me and it's exciting to see him excited.  I am also excited to see old friends on  this forum and to make new ones to encourage each and everyone on their personal journeys.
