Day 1 Jitters!

  • Hello, all, it is day one for me, and like any new adventure, I have a mix of excitement and butterflies, all at the same time.  I've tried other plans and ditched them all for one reason or another (primary reason being that I'm lazy:().  Recently diagnosed with Freiberg's, so lots of pain in my feet and I can't bear weight for very long.  Looking into finding a stationary bike for cardio, but no luck yet.  Any suggestions?  I really need to make this work. 

    There are so many amazing transformations, it is really encouraging!  I heard about this program from a friend who used it about 10 years ago, and she's maintained so well, she looks amazing!

    Off to do measurements and pics in a little bit... Perhaps that's why the butterflies...

  • No, no gym membership (and no cash to start one, off work due to the foot for 3 mos).  I'm going to make it work, though:)
