What's on your grocery list ?

  • Hi I am starting tomorrow !! I have some of the basics but would love some input on what you get from the grocery store and what you like to combine together. So far I have enjoyed the nonfat greek yogurt and fruit, cottage cheese and fruit, egg whites and wheat toast and protein smoothies...any other suggestions ? :)

  • I like turkey burgers, and turkey cold cuts shrimp peeled and ready to cook. quinoa sweet potatoes ,, a shirmp and egg white omlette with some mushrooms is always a winner for me as well as quinoa stirfry with shirmp onion and mushrooms some diced carrots .. yumm!!
