So..this was my first day and I feel great. I don't plan on tracking my calories but I thought I would plug today's foods in just to see where I am at.
Now...I have input all of my food and see where I can make some changes. Obviously I should have used ranch dress that was not non fat but I didn't have any on hand.
What are you opinions? And help you can offer would be great!
