I am starting BFL for the first time ever on May 2, 2011. I am looking to find people to join me in my journey of living a healthier lifestyle and reclaiming my body back!! I NEED PEOPLE TO KEEP ME MOTIVATED AND INSPIRED!!!! I am a little concerned about eating 6 meals a day, but im trying really hard to get into the swing of things before i start the challenge!!! Is there anyone out there up for the task of starting with me and keeping each other motivated online?
I just joined and will be starting my challenge on May 1st! I'd love to have a buddy to keep me motivated.

I'm starting on Monday 5/2 as well. I started a thread "Starting on 5/2. Can't do this alone!" I feel so gross and fat I can't wait to start feeling good again. Let's support each other.
There are a ton of great folks here to help as you need it, we may not have all started at the same time and are on different schedules but I know there are a lot of people here with great advise and cheer leading every one on, stay strong and you can do it stay strong and you have a ton of peole behind you here!

Abigail and Julie, sounds great :) I am so excited to start this journey! I start tomorrow! We can do this as a team :) and be here for each other for motivation and inspiration, I am so ready to finally love myself instead of being disgusted with what i look like!!! I'm so excited to get started. My cousin actually just finished his 12 weeks and lost 24 lbs and 2 pant sizes. If that's not motivation I don't know what is!
Hello Everyone !! I am re starting tomorrow ..
I started on 3/21 but got my braces put back on and I couldnt eat anything for like 2 weeks then I just fell of the wagon
I am 5'2 and I weigh 136- female
I have always been very active in my life played basketball all the way through college and was the all star player every year for the state of florida.. but I can no longer see my abs !!! when i try running on a track i get winded FAST !!! BUT NOW, i am sooooo UN HAPPY with myself that my boyfriend sees it !!!
I went to books a millon today and tried to relaxe and plan my week out and wrote it down !!! Made it very simple being I work alot!! I am in a serious
relationship with the guy of my dreams who is a freeking gym rat haha, He is the guy we all hate in the gym!! We love going out to eat and we are trying to break it his reason is because of budget my reason is because of all the bad things there are to eat!!! He eats really healthy and so do I just not on the perfect schedule! I am also trying to cook more I am only 21 so learning to cook and being at home instead of going out to eat gives me and my boyfriend more timetogether !! I know if WE ALL stick to this it will make us all happier with ourselves !!!
I would like to say and this is very important to me , not trying to be rude to my other group HOWEVER... they were horriable keeping each other motivated !! one person would write like once a week!!!! I have this set up on my phone so every time somone posts my phone emails me =] LOVE ITTTT!!!

I'm in...I will be starting tomorrow as well. Hardest part for me is that I own a restaurant and food is just too accessible for me. The 6 times a day eating will be the hardest part for me. The gym is right next door to my restaurant, so no excuses there! Look forward to all of us helping each other to success!
i started today yay!!! and i can finally say day completed... i ate 6times was hard to do.. and had a great ubwo alone with some cardio.. so go day one good luck everyone
I'm in. I did it in 2003 lost 22 lbs. I keep starting and finding reasons to restart gotta stay with it to the end of the 12 weeks. Good Luck everyone.
day 1 down....great workout today...ate clean...now it's to bed and on to day 2!
