I'm starting my 12-weeks today, and I hope I've the strength to do it all the way...
Any advice?! *.*
- Keep track of your work out
- Keep track of what you eat and what you lose (i use 'LoseIt.com')
- Shift your schedule around so the gym (and smart grocery shopping) is part of your life routine now
- Don't feel like going to the gym today? Stop thinking about being tired; instead, think about crossing that day off your schedule
