Active rest my butt!! So I had my 30 min session with my trainer today. It is never good when he says "Ok this one is gonna hurt, its a tough one" It is a CrossFit wod. Let me tell you I have not done anything tougher in the 12 weeks than this. Maybe it was because I was hungry not sure but I almost puked. He said it will be a gut check half way through the thrusters, half way I was almost on the floor after 18.I went too fast on the rower . And he did say don't go too fast on the rowing because you will pay for it.

I never would have been able to do this a few months ago.
Cutting Crew if you have the ability ie equipment give this one a go, I would be interested in seeing some other times and experiences with this one.
Well I am gonna head back to the gym in the morning.... getting my body used to the workout routine before C2 begins on the 25th.... Here is a photo of me taken xmas 2009.. I WILL NEVER ALLOW MYSELF TO GET LIKE THAT EVER AGAIN!!!!

@BuzzMan --- Including today -- 7 days to go and counting!!!!!! I started back to the gym yesterday with some upper body work... bench press and cables... this morning was cardion... my 5 plus miles on the recumbant bike.. I just had the need to burn.... felt good...
BRING IT!!! I AM READY!!!! I have new goals to reach and new height to peak!!! and another zebra skin print to fit into... Where are you 6-Pack???? come out wherever you are!!!!! and IT WILL .... I am so pumped for this challenge.... I sure hope ya'll are as well....
Kettlebells are kicking my butt right now. More sweat than I anticipated... makes for a great active rest period. I'm definitely ready to get back on the saddle!!!

when you type your reply here... look down next to the reply button and you will see Use rich formatting... just click on it and it will put you into something like a word program... on the 2nd row is a button which allows you to select and attach a picture... simple as that
also you can and should set up your profile with your photos and a short bio about yourself and your reason for body for life and maybe your goals...
