Challenge 2 (C2) Starting on Monday 28th March - Advice and Tips??

    I am just about to start C2! Any advice from people on issues and problems with doing another 12 weeks of Body for Life?

  • I just finished week 2 of C2. Lost 4 more pounds, clothes still getting looser and I'm feeling better each day. I've got several people where I work interested in starting their own challenge, after seeing what great results I had the first 12 weeks. Good luck!  

  • Just finished a 7 day work trip and about to go on another. Quite hard keeping to the routine while on the road. Wonder if anyone has any killer tips for keeping to the programme when your job involves a lot of travelling and moving about.
