Did anyone else's photos look all fuzzy and grainy when you uploaded them onto this site? I am wondering if I should do my Entry Kit the old fashioned way.
cajunbluez I just looked at your transformation page. You are such an inspiration! Congratulations on your success, and the tv crew following y'all around and all of the people who are joining in is so cool. Looking forward to completing this challenge with ya!
Cajun...It sounds as if you have transformed yourself much more than just your body. I bet this is going to be life altering for you. I'm glad I met you through our other group. Your an inspiration. Thank you!

Hey everyone,
I must say that I love reading everyone's post..you all are truly inspirational. I did my UBWO after work this evening and I must say I had forgotten how amazing this truly feels. I am going to take my weight, body fat percentage and before pics tonight and post them in the coming days. I am truly looking forward to taking this adventure with you all. I know in the times to come that I am going to need the motivation to keep on going because as my wife would attest to I am amazing at starting things and being "Gung Ho" but I am terrible at finishing. It is apparent that with this amazing support group there is no chance that any of us are going to fail. Good luck to all of you and I look forward to reading about each and everyone's accomplishments.
Michael
@ Cajun - You go, Girl! that is awesome. Hoodathunk you would make a job out of it. I always heard that if you love what you do, you never work a day in your life. Please share the link to the television story, so we can watch the saga play out.
LBWO in the bag for the day (took me 65 minutes per my last post). I worked up quite a sweat and am able to do about 80% of the Ab Ripper-X routine.
FYI my diet is pretty consistent day to day and today will be no exception I also have include (Calories/Fat/Carb/Protein):
Breakfast - Cottage Cheese / Blueberries / coffee with skim milk and splenda (315/2/43/37)
Mid Mord - Protein Shake with Glaceau Water Zero (did I mention I work for Coca-Cola?). (280/4/6/52)
Lunch - eggbeater omlette / 4 oz turkey / Makhani Dal (lentil, tomato, and spices). (288/6/16/41)
Mid Afternoon - Salad/egg/turkey/tomato/parm/lite italian (362/9/15/32)
Dinner - Chicken/veggies (335/8/20/53)
6th meal - Ben&Jerry's Ice Cream/Hot Fudge/ 6 Pack of Sierra Nevada...(1220/13/152/5)
Just kidding - seeing if you are still with me. If I make it to meal 6 it is usually another protein shake or greek yogurt, but I won't eat just to hit meal 6. (140/0/20/14)
Total
1720 cal
29g fat (16%)
120 g carb (29%)
229 g protein - (55%) a little high, but I am trying to increase LBM and lose BFP
Hope this helps
Frick
Hey Cajunbluez - I noticed the same thing with the pics, but I'm assuming the fuzzy is only on our end.
I would love to join this thread!! I will do my before pics and measurements tonight!!! Today is Day 1 for me!!
Hi All....
I go to work very early and I am on the go throughout the day. So its hard for me to post.... I am reading all the posts though and they are very inspiring.. I will do cardio tonight on an empty stomach. I am getting the eating down to the tea... carb and protein, carb and protein, carb and protein,, etc... I bought a lot of fish and sweet potatoes... among other things so I am prepared.
I will post later after the cardio...
Love
Christine
Hi All...
Again... I have anxiety taking the before photos......any suggestions....
~Christine ; (
Christine~
I dreaded the before photos - I personally cut my head off to make myself feel better (you can take a look on my profile page). I am glad that I did because I have something to look back at and see the changes I've made and will make. No one is judging you - this is the first step of many to your new body for life. I have to say that everytime I signed in and saw those awful photos I knew there was no turning back, I didn't want that body to signify who I was, it was and is a great reminder for me. You can do this, you'll be fine. Promise ;)

Christine, the best advice I can give you comes straight out of Nike...Just Do It!!!! Take'em, post'em up in here, hang one on your bathroom mirror & one on your fridge door! Every time I look at mine, once I quit shuddering, I think about where I AM GOING TO GET TO & rock on!
WOW! What a Challenge this has been already LOL! Told y’all I’d need backup LMBO! For the past few weeks I’ve been hiking 10-15 miles each Sunday on the various nature trails & greenways around the Memphis metro area but this week my side job flared up & required Saturday & Sunday to get some custom spinal implants manufactured in time for a little Austin, TX boy’s emergency surgery tomorrow. SO, no hiking & didn’t even have time to chime in & give this awesome team a proper kick off…GRRR!!! Thanks to Frick & AnneB! I knew you’d be here to cheer everybody on!
All that being said…Today was UBWO day, upper body work out, & 30,500 LBs of iron got ground to dust beginning at “0” Dark-Thirty this morning then at lunchtime got in a little extra cardio courtesy of a tornado that past within about 2 blocks of my location!!! Just gotta love springtime in the MidSouth!!!
Below are my C4 starting stats just so y’all know what kind of monster you’re up against here LOL!
Rock on pals! We’ve got 12 weeks to crank it up!!!
