I am due to start my challenge next month and have been reading up about everything needed,Ive ordered my supplements joined the gym and other than getting a few clothes suitable for the gym, and a new pair of trainers I cant think of anything else I need.....Except me to turn up!!!!
Does anyone have any advise? My goal is to be lean and toned.
