This program has been a bit of a challenge as an international pilot that flies through the night and over many timezones. Keeping the 6 meals/day pattern is very very tough. Does anyone have any advice. ie eat a meal every 3 hours while awake?

An example is being up for for half a day in Europe. Getting a nap and flying through the night to the USA and landing in the morning with a full day in front of you minus another nap. Seems like 24 hours of eating... particularly on the plane where boredom can be your worst enemy.
