37 year old former marine is going to start in the Binghamton NY area looking for some people to train with, also looking for the poster to track the 12 weeks the one that says 84 days left 83-82 ect if anyone knows please respond its a great way to motivate every morning. lastly ive got the body for life book which talks about diet and the 6 meals a day im wondering if i can skipp the carbs and load up on the veggies since i have about 60 lbs to lose. Any thoughts on that?>
