hi guys
From the uk here and the site for uk doesnt seem to be up and running. Anyways im a avid gym goer already but never seem to stick at following a plan and did try the bfl program 2yrs ago but didnt stick to the diet as well as i hoped. now im not a big guy but decided i wanna tone and bring out the abs which hide underneath my small gut haha.
So i started yesterday all good and off to do my 20mins cv tonight. diet as been good and i plan to cook my food for the rest of the week tonight so its all set up. I will also take my measurements and the photos and share with you guys tomorrow hopefully.
Hopefully 84 days from now ill be showing off them abs for all to see :-) Good luck to all those who take on the challenge and stick to it.
