1/3 start check-in

    i've done all workouts and have "mostly" stayed on plan for eating.  this is my husband's vacation week, so it's a bit tricky for menu planning since we're taking the kids out for lunches/dinners/etc.  i won't let that get me down...shooting for a clean eating week starting 1/10.  

     

    also, i'll admit one tweak to my start to the year that has kept me in an amazing frame of mind...one that i've never really wanted to try before...i nixed alcohol.  i thought it'd be hard...but my mood has remained consistently positive and content.

  • Great job on the nixing alcohol.  It can really be a contest killer.

    Keep it up and do watch out for those lunches out.  There really are things you can choose that are authorized
