OK! I'm in for Dec. 27th! I was going to start Jan 3, but since I'm off work most of next week, and you guys are starting up, I figured I might as well join you! I like the thought of joining a smaller group anyway. Easier to get to know people in a small group setting.
My supplements are ordered and on their way for my 12/27 start date! Looking forward to taking on this challenge with all of you!

Leevis: My time at the gym or on my treamill at home is MY time and a total release/escape from my everyday life. I spend so much time taking care of everyone else that I need to take care of myself; it makes me a better person to everyone in my life. I really feel kinda down when I can't get to the gym.
I may be scarce the next few days...craziness!! I look forward to getting to know you all in the upcoming weeks/months. We can do this together, and we will. Have a blessed Christmas to you all and your families!!!

Even if you don't plan to enter the official challenge, I encourage you all to take pictures, get on that dreaded scale, do measurements & body fat! You will be so happy to have these "numbers" to compare to later on. Trust me on this one. If I hadn't done it last time, I would have never known the progress I made. If this week is too busy, just try to do within the next week or so.

Have decided to join you in starting on the 27th! I found out about body-for-life in the summer and tried twice to complete the challenge, but my lazyness and emotions got in the way. I guess I need the support of others to keep me motivated. Tired of feeling tired all the time!!! And need to get my healthy eating habits back on track.

I'm in!! Finished my 1st challenge on 12/16/2010 and plan to start Challenge 2 on Dec. 27th. I'm so happy that others are starting this day as well.
Start STRONG / finish STRONG will be my motto ... we can do it!!
I plan to start the challenge first week of Jan. with my 17 yr. old daughter. I will join you then. This will be our first challenge. I've had the book for a number of years and sort of have assed it thus far. Now I'm serious and raring to go. If any one is doing this as a vegatarian I would like to discuss meal plans.

Just wanted to let you all know that I am having major computer issues, so if I don't show up on some days next week, it's not because I have desserted you. I am ALL IN!! I just got my Certificate of Completion from my first challenge today and motivated me even more than ever. I am making my meal plan, grocery list and exercise plan for next week, and ready to give it my all.
Hi, starting tomorrow too, laid off my job before Christmas so need to remain positive and not get down-hearted especially during these economic times. Also spent some money on buying free weights, bench, treadmill and stationary bike as i wont be able to pay for a gym membership.
Usually go out with friends on New Years eve however this year starting BFL on the 27th Dec 2010 i have decided that my health is much more impotant besides i will go out in 12 weeks with my new body and hopefully a new job.

Tumeke: Welcome to BFL! I am sorry about your job status. Exercise relieves lots of stress, so you should have no problem hitting your 10's..ha! Remember, you don't have to change your life for BFL, since it should be a lifestyle change. If you want to go out with your friends, use that day as your free day and then move on. My free day this week will be NY Day on Saturday instead of Sunday.
