I am starting the challenge on 12-6-2010. Does any body else plan to start then?

I am so glad i found someone who is starting at the same time. I have planned my meals and am grocery shopping today. I am 36 and need to lose around 80 pounds. So i guess it will take a few 12 week challanges to get there. Have u ever done this before? I have a friend who has lost 30 inches total. So i am hopefui it will work well. Any tips and hints you have let me know. I think support is a really big part of sucess. Good luck.

I'm in ... I did BFL back in 2002 and lost 50lbs. I looked the best EVER. I felt amazing. I was SO SO in shape. Now i'm 29 and weigh 220 ... back in my BFL days I weighed 145. My life is amazing. My family and job are super .... but my weight and body image really bring me down. Anybody out there ready to do this thing and do it big ... i want a beautiful body for spring. I want to FEEL great ... not just look great. I would love to have a "pen pal" so to say to stay in touch with along our journey.
I am also planning on starting on 12-6-10. I hope there are a bunch of us who can keep each other motivated through the holidays! I have done BFL before with great success, but then the week off in between challenges became a month, then a year, then 5-6 years. I am now heavier that when I started my first challenge, and have about 120-125 pounds to lose to get to my goal. So...I will be in this for the long haul!! I would love to be a part of this group, and if anyone want to be a e-mail "pen pal", I'm in! Best of luck to everyone! You can do it!
I am thinking about starting tomorrow as well. It is my second challenge although I never finished my first one (stopped after 10 weeks). There are pictures of me in my profile. I currently have 127 lbs. Which is not overweight but there is a lot of toning to do and some lbs of fat need to go (I guess around 12lbs).
I would be happy to do this together with you guys.
My husband and I started the program today. I just had my second child, he's 2 months old, and I'm ready to get my body back. I did the program for the first time 5 years ago and loved the results. At that time I just needed to lose a few pounds and tone. My husband and I eat healthy most of the time, but I did put on more weight this pregnancy than I should have. So here we are doing the program again, I would love to talk with others that are going through the process as well. It always helps to have more people holding you accountable. My goal is to lose 25lbs and get back my tone, what are your goals? Good luck everyone!

Yes! I plan on starting again as well. I stopped my last challenge at week 8 about 2 months ago, but I am ready to get back to it again. I need to loose 10-15 ounds and really tone up. I'm glad to be part of this group for motivation.
OK Ladies and Gents Are we ready to start tomorrow? do we have everything mapped out? I need Motivation (hense the name LoL) well I hope everyone on here sticks to it and we can all help each other out. This will be my first challenge and I am super excited to start however I work so many hours and its winter so I hope i dont get lazy and thats where I hope this forum can help with that motavation part.

I just wanted to pop in and wish you all the best as you start tomorrow! Do this by-the-book, cheer one another on, and most importantly, stay focused. This is a tough time of the year to focus on eating clean and taking care of yourself. Be the exception! Best wishes!

Ok Week 1 Day 1-starting off with a good clean breakfast and have lunch packed for the day. My problem will be motivating to exercise. I am taking my clothes with me, but.........no guarantee!!
