I was just wondering if anyone here has used the p90x for just certain exercises such as for the upper and lower body and the abs? I don't want to use the rest of the dvd's for the BFL program which for me would be too much time and also would lead to a burn out!
Have you finished a 12 week BFL progam yet? The P90X is a great program too but the one thing I see people doing is overwelming themselves with different exercise information. Yes its a great workout but the BFL workouts are 45 minutes 3 times a week and 20 min workouts 3 times a week with Sunday off. I would suggest that you complete a full BFL 12 week program and than incorporate the P90X exercise DVDs in into certain days of the week. I hope you get the body your deserve Lisa!
