Hope you all had a good Easter weekend. My free day/rest day was yesterday. I enjoyed some food and desserts that I don't have during the week. When our family got together we all enjoyed a big game of road hockey so I know I burned a few calories doing that. This morning I'm right back on track. My first meal was protein pancakes and my next meal will be cot. cheese and melon. It's hard to belive I'm approaching the halfway point of this challenge. I'm glad I started when I did.
