Hello,
I've probably started and stopped the BFL workout for the past four years mainly due to a hectic travel schedule for work. Well, those days are long gone and I'm tired of looking at the end result many added pounds later. I'm ready to fully commit to this journey and not get caught up in the timelines shown, which was always a reason to slack off or quit if I wasn't in the range of a given round. I hoping there are others who are in a similair situation of wanting to start soon (Oct. 18th) or already a few weeks into it. My ultimate goal is to complete the challange without missing a workout. If your looking to join me, seek support, or would just like to submit your thoughts, I'm more than happy to read them and keep updated with everyone. I'll hopefully look forward in hearing from someone soon. Take care and good luck!!
You can do this!!
When your travels start to get in the way again buy yourself some elastic bands and throw them in your suit case to work out in your hotel room. Sticking to the schedule and taking the time to do what you might consider to be a low level workout is better than doing nothing at all. It's about making doing some form of exercise so much part of your routine that you don't even think about it you just do it.
I'm also starting on the 18th. I have the Gym membership taken care off and supplements will come later when i've been two to three weeks into the program. LETS DO THIS!!!! I wanna be RIPPED! CAN you FEEL the BURN?!?!?!?!? lol
We'll make it you'll see...
I am (re)starting a challenge the 18th as well. Getting back into it should be a breeze!
Hello sbr2010,
Thanks for joining the discussion. While there are not many here, I would strongly suggest joining a group started by BrianTCa1981. Once I found his, I jumped ship from this one to his. It's a much bigger group and has a ton of support and great comments (like I said prior, I'm mainly there). It's a similar title like mine but around 150 replies. Hopefully we'll see you there and good luck with the rest of the challenge.
Thanks for the encouraging words free2bme. Sorry I didn't reply earlier. Once I found a similar discussion group, I forgot about this one. The good news is that I don't travel anymore for work, so I should be able to go all the way this time and complete the challege (good advice though). Thanks!
Hey Puertoricensis,
I believe you joined the other group too. Hopefully is all well. Stay strong!!
