Hi everyone,

 I just got back from a four day get-away and was a little sidetracked from correct eating habits. Didn't gain anything back though, still down seven pounds. Getting back to the program tomorrow and can't wait to have that clean feeling again. I'm putting it behind me just like the BFL book says. Keep on going and don't let it get you down. Also, a visit to the Dr. revealed what might become a problem, a surgical procedure that might cause me to miss a week in training. Regardless, I will be in the gym tomorrow and keep on going until I get the results from the Dr. If I have to miss a week, I miss a week of intense training, but will still do something, and stay on the clean eating....Everyone, keep on keepin on!!!!!!
