HI IVE BEEN FEELING SO UNWELL TODAY AFTER THE WEEKEND. I AM CONSTANTLY TIRED AND HAVE NO EVERGY I HAVE BEEN THE GYM AND DID MY CARDIO BUT I HAVE SLEPT MOST OF THE DAY AND SKIPPED LUCH AND DONT FEEL LIKE MY LAST 2 MEALS EITHER. WILL THIS MAKE A BIG DIFFERENCE?
The point of eating 6 small properly portioned meals a day 2-3 hours apart is to keep your metabolism going. If you skip meals it may also make you crave something to eat like crazy when you feel like eating and cause you to eat more than your proper portion size and possibly something unauthorized. I would say it is bad.

Eating is and was the hardest part for me. I was so used to "starving" myself that I was so afraid to eat and gain weight. It started to affect my progress and I wasn't seeing any results and tired all the time. Once I began to eat the right amounts which was more than I ever ate, and not weigh myself 5 times a day ( I actually got rid of my scale) I got a tremendous amount of energy and acheived success. I went down from a size 14 to a size 1 my first time doing BFL. If this is just because you are not feeling well, or maybe coming down with a virus or something, don't push yourself. But I wouldn't recommend skipping any of the meals to continue with the program. You need to eat exactly how the program states and not alter the plan. Its the only way it will work. You're not feeling well at all so it is hard to eat all the meals so I wouldn't worry about it, get well and stick to the plan as much as possible, these things happen so don't worry.
When feeling better you'll get back to the 6 meals, concentrate on getting well, feel better soon :)
