started today and i didnt do too hot.. my roommate has a huge candy jar in the kitchen that is haunting me...
Did good other than the few candies.. ugh!
Magpie.. Anything can be done, especailly if people are telling you that you cant do it. My birthday is in December and im ready to look good dang it!

Wow, we built up a great support group. I am very excited and this time I will not quit. had a good workout and hope everyone else did as well.
And no, I do not think it is necessary for the 6th meal if you are not hungry. I skip it, especially if it is too late. After all, your last meal should be 3 hours before you go to sleep, I heard.

you can definitely acheive your goal by your wedding. Take it 1 day a time. The biggest challenge I believe is meal planning. If you don't plan, you are setting up yourself to fail. Don't let others discourage you. Always keep your goal in view. Good Luck!
I am like you I started yesterday. I did my work out when I got home from work, and WOW am I feeling it today. I find that being a bit sore works for my will power for eating right, if I am still sore then I don't want to overeat for fear of ruining that good work out I just had.LOL! This is my second time doing BFL. Have you ever tried it before? Have a great day and keep up the good work!

I also took longer than the 46 minutes, about an hour for me. I think that will improve as we get more familiar with the workout. Great workout though, I could hardly lift my arms to comb my hair!

I make a Myoplex shake about 8:00 - 8:30 and may pair it with a fruit like a banana. I also make the shake with skim milk not water.

I officially started yesterday also! Last week I did a test run with the diet part to get prepared for the lack of caffine. I have started many challenges before but this one is different. This challenge we will all finish together!

This is my second time, I did a challenge in 2006 with great results. I had a injury and so the weight came back. I am excited for this forum and having the accountability and encouragement this time will be wonderful! :)
I am starting my second go round with the BFL plan tomorrow, September 1. I just finished my first try which started June 1. I took a week off in between. I like starting things on the first of the month. I lost 20 pounds in Round 3 and am submitting my packet today. I didn't get where I wanted to be and would like to do better this time. I'd love to join your group for support, advice, and motivation.
My husband and i started Monday as well. We started with the cardio as those days will fit better with his schedule. the cardio went well but my eating was off (I am fighting a cold and was miserable the rest of the day sooo I blew it off) but husbands was good. Looking forward to this challenge which is my second this year. Anyway, good luck to all and I will see you on the forum. jill
Hi Dan and everyone who is in this thing together. I just started my transformation yesterday. I would love to join your support group cause I know from previous attempts that after about 6 weeks I always get frustrated and it would be nice to have a support system to get me through that time. I have successfully completed the first day and I agree with you one day at a time!
