Hey July 26'rs,
First thing I do each morning is read your posts via e-mail. It really helps since I don't have time to journal as much as I would like.I had a really bad day yesterday. I know I'm allowed one once in a while but it resulted in me missing a workout and I feel terrible about it. I literally could not keep my eyes open I was so exhausted. Hoping to do cardio and weights Sat. to make up. I know when I'm that drained, working out will just run down my body further.Wish me luck!Soooooo glad it's Friday.
