Hey everybody, me and my wife are just finishing up the first week of our first challenge. Its been tough being on such a different schedule but we are making it through. Lol, aside from kicking my own butt everyday during the workouts, things have been good. We both feel great and can already feel a boost in our energy levels. Looking forward to finally being able to see my six pack...for the first time in my life!
