Hazeleyes, I quit a few weeks before starting the challenge because BFL helps me with that. Eating 6 meals satisfies that hand to mouth thing and when I'm not smoking I have a tendency to eat more fruits and veggies. Wish you luck. To me it's worth a few extra pounds, that I'm probably gonna lose anyway, to get that monkey off my back. I really love feeling "normal" again and having money left in my purse at the end of the week.
