I'm officially on week 2 and need advice to stay on track and make the best of this challenge.
- Where do I upload my pics in order to show my progress.
- What are the best supplements to take, I'm currently using the myoplex lite powder only after workouts.
- Is it OK to drink alcohol during this challenge?
- Is it OK to have my last meal right before going to bed?
Anything will help. I've done fairly good in my first week, but I'm kind of struggling on the 6 meals a day, I usually get about 4 to 5.
First of all congratulations on starting the BFL challenge!!!
I am not sure about uplaoding pics, hopefully someone with more technical acumen than I will chime in. As for supplements it really depends on your goals. The best bet there is to give the great staff at EAS a call on the 1 - 800 number. Shakes are a great place to start though. They are quick, easy, conveinient and complete. As for alcohol....there are a many different opinions and I think it will be a personal choice. There are many reasons why alchohol is not a good idea but a glass of wine once and a while will not hurt. It come down to your goals, the results you want and how quickly you want them. Personally, I am in my second challenge and have decided to abstain alltogether and see how my body feels. I find even after one or two drinks my resolve to eat properly vanishes and I am quickly eating things i shouldn't or eating way too much. As for the 6th meal, I really saw major changes once I started fitting in that final meal. My 6th meal is almost always cottage cheese and yogurt and it is often within an hour of going to bed.
I hope this helps!
Good luck with your challenge

To upload your pictures, go to your profile and in the options there is a little icon that looks like a film roll. It will allow you to browse and upload to your profile.
I'm with Orrin on the supps. Depending on your goals, the ladies at the 800 number are the best and providing you information for what you want to accomplish.
Booze...well here's the deal on booze. If you are eating and drinking, your body will stop metabolizing your food until the booze has been metabolized. All of that scientific stuff aside...Booze really helps my "I don't give a crap nerve" kick on and I tend to eat things I shouldn't. It's a personal choice based on your goals. You may start out partying like a rock star on freeday and then get more strict as you start seeing more positive results.
I've been known to eat on the way to bed detouring to brush my teeth. 6 meals is best 2.5-3 hrs apart, just make it happen.

Thanks for the reply. Prior to starting the challenge I was a drinker but now I'm planning to possibly only have a couple on my free day.
I'm 5.7 and currently 185lbs. My main goal is to be able to see whatever is under the shadow of my belly (my toes that is).
But again thanks and I will contact eas for supplements.
I like your no bullshit approach... just do it right...
