I started July 1 (yes, middle of the week) and am wondering if anyone else started within a few days of that who could compare progress with me. 

My starting weight was 155 and I am 5'10" male.  My goal is to gain 15 lbs and I am currently eating about 2000 calories per day, having added a serving of carbs to first three meals of the day.

So far in the first 10 days exhausted all the time, then fine until about 2:30 in the afternoon, and these past few days have been great!  I am seeing some muscle definition, but no weight gain so far, in fact, I have lost about 2lbs. 

Anyone else with similar goals?
