Heading into week 4 and I am so tired especially after I work out.
When is all this energy supposed to 'kick in"?
I eat clean and exercise to the zone.
Are you getting enough sleep? I found that I needed 8 hours at a minimum. and 9 hours was best. Your muscles need good quality recovery time.
Also, you might check your food portions and water intake. You should be getting about 20 grams of protein and 20 grams of carbs per meal. If you are not getting the proper portions of food, your energy can suffer. And hopefully you are getting in your 80-100 oz of water per day. If you are drinking about 80 oz, try upping the water to about 100.

Make sure getting all your water and all your meals. Before I started I wanted to take a nap after work was just so tired and now I have tons of energy. Really is a combination of drinking all your water, getting all six meals in and getting good rest at night. Take a look at all of those things.
