I have an article from an old issue of Muscle Media entitled Guerilla Cardio. It talks about doing sprint cardio in 4 minutes, 30 second sprints, 30 second walks. Would anyone recommend this while on the BFL program, or simply stick to the 20 minute, highpoint cardio?

I'd stick with the 20 minute HIIT and give it all you've got.
