Here's whats going on.... I'm a mess. I started my first challenge almost three months ago and at week 10 1/2, I took a picture and saw really NO difference from my 4th week pic- if anything, it looked like I even put a little meat on. I was so flustered, I gave up and went to my family reunion. No one noticed I had lost weight. Blah. So anyways, I'm back from my reunion and feel like crap. I started the BFL challenge again on Monday the 21st because I know I can work harder and get it this time!! (yes, I took cheat bites- but I always stayed on my wkouts!) Would I consider this my 2nd challenge or my first- starting over again??
Stacy! You know you need to continue on. No one noticed I lost after 4 weeks either and to my surprise I found out this weekend that my mother (who Iives out of town) didn't notice I had gained! Really all that matters is what you know, and you know what to do, so just do it. :-)
Love you some you...PERSEVERE!
c1 or c2? Hmmm, I suppose its up to you. What makes you feel better?
yikes..... Neither. Can I do a challenge 1.5?? :)
All that matters is that you fully commit to doing it. Keep it real to yourself. I would call it number 2 and remember all that you wanted to change from number 1. Commit and move forward. BECAUSE YOU CAN!!
