I just started my very first challenge today - yay! - and while I'm pretty comfortable with the workouts, I know that nutrition is what will let me really see the results I want. I'm trying to balance making tasty meals for my fella at home, but also staying on target during my six non-free days. I planned on using the Eating-for-Life recipe book, but I can tell that I feel like a serving size is too much for me (5'3, smallish frame). Additionally - it just tastes so good. Maybe I should only use this once a week? And mostly stick to the original authorized list? Any nutrition advice would be great! I know the champions can't be using these recipes every night - they are just too good! :)
Check out this thread from this website. It talks all about the Eating-for-LIFE book. Hope it helps.
