Is the book (eating for life) an actual guide of what and how to eat during the 12 weeks Body for life Challenge ??????
no its not its more for maintenence. the food guidelines for BFL are right in the BFL book you just choose a portion size of protein from the list in the book and a portion size of carbs from the list in the book and eat one of each six times a day.
