This is how to start a new thread: Go to the top of the forum area and click on the appropriate subject area your thread would fall under. Once you do that, you'll see "New Post" over on the right side of the forum area. Just click that and go from there. So you like the Chobani? I am trying to keep with the plain no-fat Greek yogurt because the protein is more than twice the amount in the flavored kinds plus almost no carbs. I've only compared a few brands though and have not checked out the Chobani brand. I'm taking a break from the yogurt today. I'll get back to it tomorrow... probably. Glad you had a good swim this morning. I am going to try to keep my swimming to Tuesdays and Thursdays after the aerobic workout. It felt so good to swim yesterday. I only did a .5 mile day. I'll try to stay somewhere between .5 and 1 mile during this challenge. I have run 8 marathons also. What kind of injury did you get?
