There isn't a "Post new reply" button, you just start typing in the bottom box then hit reply.
Hi winner54, Do you want to start a new message thread, or comment on someone else's thread? If you want to comment, Thayerphotos has the right idea. If it's a new topic you'd like, go to the Forum main page (bodyforlife.com/.../f) and click on the Forum which is the most relevant to your post (e.g. 'Getting Started,' 'Crossing the Abyss'). Towards the top, there is a button that says 'New Post.' Let us know if you have any trouble.

for part of my free day eating I had a foot long chili cheese dog from sonic. It wasn't very good, and I'm looking forward to tomorrow's breakfast of 3 egg whites and a piece of whole wheat toast.
AND ! ! ! I have some fresh strawberries that will be awesome with vanilla myoplex when I get back from the gym.
I'm still here too MichelleK10. I have lost 9lbs so far and none of my pants fit me anymore...yeah!!
Hey Thayerphotos....Champster told me that for eggs, I should be eating 1 whole egg and 4-5 whites. For men I believe it is the same but 5-6 whites. You need that protein brotha!!
I'm still here. Fell a little behind due to mass fishing, canning and vacuum sealing, so I'm on day 45. Lost 10 pounds of fat weight, but only a 3 lb loss shows on the scale. Went from 30% body fat to 22%. Woo hoo! Let's push through this second half, guys!
Hey I'm still here. I've been a mooch and have been reading the responses but no time for me to respond. I know you all prob dont remember me. I was here from day one... july 14th. I've stuck with it. Last week was an off week. I had to move unexpectantly from my dorm room to another dorm room (I'm still in college) and it was my boyfriends birthday. Just had a lot going on. This week I'm back at it.
I have a bit of a problem planning beforehand... which is my downfall.
I commend all of you who are still doing this challenge. I've thought several times to quit because it is too hard and not worth it, etc.
This challenge has changed my mind about food and I have learned a lot about myself.
How are you guys doing?

Sorry, I've been a bit lazy on the message board these last couple days.
I've hit every work out so far !
Ikeep struggling with the diet, portion sizes, just keep killing me, but I keep fighting back.
I set a new personal best on the eliptical today, 1.98 miles ! 2.0 miles was my goal for the 12 week period, but I should shatter that next week.
My weights on all the weight exercises are up too.
And my overall body weight is down 20lbs. My goal is to drop another 15 lbs by the end. I'm not sure if that's realistic or not, but I'm going to try.
How is everyone else doing ?

My biggest frustration/ stumbling block with BFL is this:
I just finished my 3rd meal (A piece of salmon, 1 cup of corn, and cucumber slices)
But I'm still hungry. I want more food !
I'm seriously counting the minutes until I can eat again.
4 weeks to go.
